Slight delay dropping off and collecting car, perhaps 10 minutes - not ideal so early in the morning!

We were not sure which company we were with when we arrived at Gatwick. There was no representative from Purple Parking and I was eventually approached by a rep from another company 'on behalf of Purple Parking' - this was not made clear to me beforehand.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our car on our return. We paid for meet and greet and expected that service. We may as well have paid the reduced rate and caught the bus to our car!!

Drop-off, waited 15 mins to drop car -- fortunately was very early. Pick-up waited 30 mins to collect car -- very dull, started raining.

Overall, I will not be using Purple Parking again - a lot of inconvenience. Positives: easy to book and friendly faces when I dropped off / picked up my car (Meet & Greet service). Negatives: 1. Having to call Purple Parking to let you know that I am close to the airport / have cleared customs. Previous companies I have used for Meet & Greet have someone available on site, so no need to call ahead. 2. Too expensive for Meet & Greet, especially as my car was not even there even there when I was waiting outside the Sofitel upon arrival. 3. I walked ahead of my family so that I could load the car while my toddler was using the toilet. My wife has my passport and the Purple Parking card. I asked the Purple Parking rep whether he would accept my valid photo card driving license as a form of ID. He said this would not be possible as the Purple Parking policy requires the card or passport. This is not a logical policy as a valid driving license is an acceptable form of ID everywhere else (particularly as driving licenses are (a) government issued and (b) require a passport! Overall, a major inconvenience - I will not be using Purple Parking again.

No way to improve. Happy to change times at last minute and answered on first call on departure and arrival. Nice staff and very helpful. Car came back in perfect condition. Very happy with service and will use again.

Drop off was fine but too long a delay for collection. Meeting point on ground floor of Car Park 5 works well.

As always, a smooth meet & greet and the same when we returned. We were met on arrival by the friendly operator, who checked over the car and issued the paperwork and we were on our way, and on return the car arrived at the time we were told.
