Try to reduce delay in taking and returning the car. I recognize that Gatwick is more difficult than Heathrow.

Once we rang with our bags it took 20 mins for our car to come. Defeats purpose of quick and easy parking if we have to wait so long. Disappointing as we used new company and have never had to wait so long before.

Only issue was the guy delivering din't push seat back so I couldn't get in. Text message on arrival back was a great touch not having to find info somewhere in my bag.

Had to wait half an hour after clearing customs before the car was returned. There were outstanding returns waiting to be collected by passengers holding up the queue. Unhappy about the wait but understand that these were caused by selfish passengers calling before they are ready to collect messing up the system.

On arrival, driver was waiting for us at the airport. On return, we waited less than 5 mins,. Both drivers were polite and courteous.

Got to the airport, lady was there waiting for us. Polite and friendly considering it was 4 o'clock in the morning. Got back from the holiday, cleared customs, phoned up, man said there might be a slight delay due to roadworks so got a coffee and made our way out. Waited a few minutes then the car turned up. Used purple parking numerous times before and haven't had a problem.
