Just Valet Meet and GreetOnce we rang with our bags it took 20 mins for our car to come. Defeats purpose of quick and easy parking if we have to wait so long. Disappointing as we used new company and have never had to wait so long before.

Just Valet Meet and GreetHad to wait half an hour after clearing customs before the car was returned. There were outstanding returns waiting to be collected by passengers holding up the queue. Unhappy about the wait but understand that these were caused by selfish passengers calling before they are ready to collect messing up the system.

Just Valet Meet and GreetOn arrival, driver was waiting for us at the airport. On return, we waited less than 5 mins,. Both drivers were polite and courteous.

Got back from the holiday, cleared customs, phoned up, man said there might be a slight delay due to roadworks so got a coffee and made our way out. Waited a few minutes then the car turned up. Used purple parking numerous times before and haven't had a problem.
