Was awkward on full bus from north term getting out of way of passengers getting off at south term. Information from driver would of forewarned us not to stand with luggage in the way. All lower racks were full and didn't have the strength to put cases on top racks

It is just my difficulty in actually finding the car park. This year was especially difficult because the M23 was closed which affected my time travelling.

When we came through arrivals we were on the first floor and there are no signs for off-airport parking. We had to ask and were directed downstairs. Busses could be a bit more frequent.

The driver took to long to leave the depot . After 25 minutes waiting for driver to leave he eventually came out to drive the bus to the terminal with a big mug of tea . I understand that drivers are do need breaks but make sure they are covered. If the bus left on time I wouldn't have missed my flight. When I spoke to a member of staff when I collected my car and I told them what happen they just said that I should of got to the airport 2 hours before my flight.i would of been earlier but due to ancient on the motorway . Plus I have checked in on line i dont need to be at the airport 2 hours before. I would of made my flight if the driver left on time.

Do not leave people at the airport in the freezing cold with no bus. Even more frustrating was to watch 3 APH buses come and go before the first Purple Parking bus appeared.
