We followed instructions to call you when we were at baggage reclaim but when we arrived to collect our car we had to wait over 20 minutes before the car was delivered. Other than that we will definitely use you again as this is our second of using you.

I was disappointed that despite have been clear as to timing of arrival back and calling as required from the baggage hall we had to wait around 20 mins for the car to be returned. Kind of defeated the purpose of doing meet and greet

25 minute wait for car. Muddy inside, passenger seat reclined right back. Driven 22 miles while we were away, (only 5 on the day we picked it up according to the computer) so obviously moved during stay. I’m sure you are covered in the small print so no complaints, but not a good first time meet and great experience for the long term purple parking customers that we are.

I had to wait nearly half an hour for my car to come back I called them once I colllected my baggage as Instructed but still stood waiting half an hour

we had to wait twenty minutes for the pick up and were left hanging around.

Paid extra for meet and greet parking. Worked well to drop off the car but when we landed we called to let them know we were leaving the airport but no answer. Once at the collection point we were greeted with a crowd of very angry customers who had been waiting two hours for cars to return. We waited over an hour which was unacceptable and after a long haul flight was awful. We would have been better to use standard parking and got the shuttle. Will not use purple parking ever again and will be advising friends and family to also avoid.

Appreciate that the flights delayed etc caused issues, but there was time to ensure you supported your clients, rather than take the extra money from those delayed, and then delay the vehicles for those that were nominally delayed. 1 hr return of vehicle is not acceptable.

The car should be waiting for you on arrival, otherwise why take the flight number. Had to wait in the cold for half an hour with a 9 month old till our car arrived

The services were provides by Maple. Not so good. The arrival at the airport for our departure was a bit random and the staff were not professional and a bit off-hand. Incorrect information about our return which contradicted that which was on the paperwork. Purple's OWN services are far superior, whereas Maple was a poor facsimile. I will book again, but only if Purple Parking are providing the services and not sub contracting them. We waited 30 minutes in the car park for our car to be delivered on our return.
