2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by those of the Retailer eGift provider, which can be found at; https://www.vouchershopexchange.co.uk/terms.aspx
3. Customers participating in this Promotion will be required to enter an email address on the vouchershop web-site in order to be sent their chosen Retailer eGift(s). Your email address will only be used for this purpose only.
4. E-gifts must be chosen by 30.06.23. Late claims on the vouchershop web-site will not be accepted.
5. Your chosen E-gift(s) will be valid for use for 12 months from date of claim on the vochershop web-site.
6. Qualifying customers will receive an email containing a link to the vouchershop together with a unique cheque number and validation code to enter to choose their preferred e-gift(s).
7. Featured retailers on vouchershop are subject to change.
8. The promoter reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or to withdraw the promotion at any time.
9. Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter's decision is final.
11. The Free £10 Retailer eGift reward is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. The promoter and anyone professionally connected to this promotion cannot guarantee the quality and /or availability of the service and Retailer eGifts offered.
13. The Free £10 Retailer eGift is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
