We (Purple Parking) will protect your privacy and any information we collect such as, your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details.   • Depending on how you got to our website, we may be contractually obliged to share some of your booking information with our partners. Your personal information is not included for this purpose. For example, we work with Easyjet and they direct you to our website for Hotel and Parking products, we will share any bookings made with Easyjet made from their own referral.

Sharing your information

We will only ever use or share your personal data for the reasons it was collected in the first place. Relevant data will be shared with the suppliers of the product or products you have booked. As an example, if you have booked a car park we will need to share your name and car registration with that car park. We will never share any more information than is strictly necessary.

Your data may be shared where you have agreed for us to do so; in order to respond to a request from you; if we have your consent for marketing purposes; or if it is required by law.

We work with a number of partners who provide bookings using our websites and as such it's possible that you were directed to our site by one of these partners - this could be a tour operator, comparison site or similar - in which case we may share your booking information with them.

Some of the relevant products we offer for your trip may be from one or more of our partners. If you book any of these products then the relevant partner will collect the necessary personal data and their policy will apply to you. If you are still a Purple Parking customer while making a booking with one of our partners then your booking information with them will be shared with us; this helps us to manage our partnerships.

We may share your information with third party service providers who provide services or functions on our behalf. For example, credit card processing, customer service, business analytics, fraud prevention, advertising and to serve you with advertising that is tailored to your interests. But don't worry, these third party service providers are required to protect your personal information in the same way as we do and are not allowed to share or use information for their own purposes.

Purple Parking takes all necessary measures to keep your personal data safe against loss, destruction, or unauthorised or unlawful use. When your information is collected online it is transmitted to us using secure, high-grade encryption.

We are approved by the PCIDSS (the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This ensures that all of your card details are protected to the highest standard.

Before sharing your information with any other companies we will make sure that the appropriate measures are in place to protect your data.

Your personal data will be held on our systems on our premises, or the premises of an appointed third party. Third parties may be allowed access to your information if they are acting on your behalf for any reason we've discussed in this policy or anything that has been approved by you.

How long do we keep your information for?

If you have an account with us your information will remain on our system for as long as you hold that account. We'll need your data if you have an upcoming booking so that we can continue providing service and support should you require it.

Purple Parking will normally keep your data for 7 years after your most recent booking with us. Due to legal, business or regulatory requirements we may need to keep your data for longer.

If you haven't used any of our services for which you registered in a long period of time we may contact you to ask if you are happy for us to continue communications with you, or delete your personal data.

If your personal data is deleted in can remain archived for regulatory, legal or tax reasons.

Deletion Rights
