Efficient service. No real problems. Reasonable price. Most of Airparks' Short Run car park surface is crushed stone which is very rough and uneven in places. Would be wary of parking there again with a newer car.

Hotel room (at the Ibis) was fine - clean and comfortable but the experience of eating there in the evening was terrible. Staff were rude and unresponsive and most things on the menu were not available (they couldn't even produce a salad). The purple parking experience was awful. The directions given were completely inaccurate and un-useable meaning we spent an hour in nightmare road works, confusing roads, angry drivers having really no idea at all how we could find the parking. When we returned to the UK, on pick up, the instructions are to ring a phone number when you get to the bus stop so that the bus can collect you. That phone number was unmanned. We arrived at about 4am and just had to hope that a bus would eventually turn up. It did, but it dropped us a very very long way from our car (and we had no way of even knowing where our car was in the vast car park which seemed to not even be labeled purple parking). Eventually the bus driver took pity on us as we had a lot of luggage and had travelled all night and were now walking round a stoney car park in the dark, dragging cases and he actually looked at our ticket and drove us to the area in which our car was parked. Why didn't he do that when we got on the bus? Really awful experience all round.

Excellent all round. Smooth check in on dropping the car off. Waited about 15 mins for bus to arrive having just missed one bus. Hotel was basic but perfect for one night stay prior to flight.... and literally just across the road from Birmingham airport. Coming home there was a bus waiting so got picked up straight away to do back to air parks. The car had no extra miles on the clock so had only been moved from the drop off to the collection point. Excellent service and reasonably priced.

Drop off was fine, return from airport not as good. We ended up on the wrong bus, (short run?) as it was also labelled “Airparks� & it was not made clear it was for a different destination.

When I got my car back the left mirror had either been hit or folded in manually which is not good for electric mirrors. Fortunately no damage but it could have damaged the mototr.
