Couldn’t find the car park or hotel.. sat nav couldn’t find either. Parking the car and travelling to hotel airport was excellent.. hotel very basic not much food for the children. Family quite small both of my daughters found the sofa bed uncomfortable so hardly got any sleep.. which meant no sleep and there was no point in staying really.

We got into car on arrival and immediately got suspicious as the front passenger seat was forward as though a short man or woman had sat there. We then turned on the radio which was tuned into an india sounding program. We also got suspicious about the petrol use as it was less than we expected. If your staff start using the car the least they can do is leave things as they found them.

Hotel and booking service was fine. We paid Airparks an additional £30 for valet parking. We were told to call them once baggage starts to come out and they would then meet us with our car as we were leaving the terminal. Ourselves and another family were waiting outside for 30minutes before they arrived. We might as well have caught the bus and saved £30.

Parking was easy and efficient, Hotel was nice although the food was overpriced. Return pick up was prompt about 3 minute wait which is good.
