All was very good - comfy beds, clean rooms and easy access to the terminal. The only negative was that the triple-glazed unit on one room was left open and this wasn't noticed until we were leaving, so that meant the room was quite a bit noisier than it could so easily have been. Would definitely use again.

The only difficult bit is that there were steps to get from the car park into the hotel. On my own I wouldn't have been able to manage them.

The process was simple and the Hotel is in an excellent position for access to Gatwick airport.

The Airport Inn was fine - bathroom clean; beds comfortable. We were only there for a few hours but it was what we needed. The hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment but all in all it was good value for money.
