Copthorne Hotel Gatwick

One of our most archaic Gatwick Airport hotels, the 4 star Copthorne Hotel Crawley is a delightful 16th century hotel set amongst 100 acres of woodland - and it's only 3.5 miles from the airport.

The Copthorne also boasts a pool, gym, squash courts, beauty treatments and a sports injury clinic. When it comes to food, there's a choice of two lovely restaurants - top notch fine dining in The Lion D'Or and The Brasserie.

Gatwick Airport Transfers and Parking

The package on offer at the Copthorne Gatwick is: Parking at the Hotel.

Parking at the Hotel includes parking at the Copthorne Hotel Gatwick for the duration of your trip. Simply drive to the Copthorne's car park (next to the hotel), park up and check-in. Be sure to hand your keys to reception in case your car needs to be moved to the overflow car park when you're away.

Getting to the Airport:

From the hotel, you need to get the shuttle bus to the airport. When you come back, you'll need to get a taxi from the airport to pick up your car.

The shuttle bus runs from the hotels every 30 minutes between 4.15am - 11.15pm, takes 15 minutes and costs £5.50 per person. We recommend getting a taxi if there's more than two of you travelling; taxis cost between £11.00 - £13.00 per car, and take 10 - 15 minutes.

Rooms

The Copthorne's rooms have a rustic charm with exposed beams and slanted ceilings that really evoke a touch of style and character. Most rooms have a lovely garden view too.

Rooms come with: WiFi (£5.00 for a day), an en-suite bathroom, TV, tea and coffee maker, hairdryer, phone and room service.

Check-In: from 2.00pm. Check-out: by 12.00pm

Dining

If you're a true foodie, then you're going to love dining in at the Copthorne Hotel. For breakfast, head to The Brasserie Restaurant From 6.30am until 10.30am (and from 7.00am at the weekend) you can indulge in a tempting breakfast buffet full of Full English and continental options.

During the evening, choose between the more laidback Brasserie or the exquisite dining in the Lion D'Or. If you're watching the pennies, choose from the a la carte menu or set menu; the set menu has three delicious courses for only £23.00 and is great value for the superb quality of the food.

For food during the day, you can grab a bite to eat in the Library Bar, well loved for its sixteenth century quaint decor. The White Swan pub is also archaic, and is a great place to enjoy a pint in.

Accessibility

The hotel has accessible rooms and accessible parking spaces. Please call us before you book to request an accessible room.
