Very amateurish - working from the back of a van?? didn't feel secure and regulars were rushed through in front of us.

Crowne Plaza Felbridge
On arrival there were approx 10 employees there - no one offered to help with our bags despite this being part of the service. The car was returned covered in bird poo much dirtier than when we left it. When we returned despite calling in good time the car was not there. When it arrived again no one offered to help with our bags. Not worth the money especially given we had to make our way to the car so it wasnâ€™t really meet and greet at all.
