Excellent service. Used Purple Parking before for Meet&Greet Heathrow so tried this service with the airport hotel Gatwick. Even though we arrived very late due to roadworks and closures the staff were there and waiting and hopped straight onto the bs to the terminal and then a short walk to the hotel.

You are part of holiday extras, and we had great trouble booking with them, so booked through you in the end. The room in the Hilton was OK beds comfortable, but the food was a disgrace and the restaurant was so hot you could hardly breathe.

Gave 7 rather than 10 as vehicle was not parked at site of reception but had travelled approx 6 miles after leaving and collecting

Phone rang and rang and rang ..I hung up 3 times before someone answered ..then given wrong instructions for collection at south terminal when intact the car was at north !!!

The parking worked well but I would not recommend the Hilton Hotel at Gatwick. It has been extended and made it a long walk to our room with cases! It also means that there are more people in the bar & the attached dining room which consequently was very noisy. It is almost impossible to get a mobile phone signal and no free WiFi! Unacceptable in this day & age.

There is nothing that can be done to improve this meet and greet service we've done this now for the last few years and it's simply the easiest way to travel

The checking in process, bus timing and car return all worked well. However, on the journey home my wife noticed the car dash cam was not running. This has been automatic for the last 2 years since installed so to not run means either someone has pressed the power off button, or unplugged it. When we got home I noticed on the rear driver side two new scratches, both over 7 cms long that looked like sharp metal had scratched the car, on the passenger side a light scrape as though it had rubbed just lightly on a post. As the car had been in for servicing in just the week before and none of this noticed when I had handed the car over to the garage I can only conclude it had been done at Purple. I did not see it before we departed and have no pictures to prove the state of the car when i dropped it off so realize I have no grounds to support a compaint. But the cost of fixing the scratches is well in excess of the £100 extra cost of taking a taxi in future so on that basis I will not use Purple again.

admin staff were great and sorted my mistake out very quickly and ensured i had a room and parking when i realised i had booked the wrong day, on return from holiday i collected car and drove home, it became apparent someone had been driving my car with children in it whilst i was away, i found things moved around in my car pockets, cd in car had been changed and i found play dough stickers in the back seats of the car, i do not have young children so how these appeared is questionable. Rest of service was good.

Hotel was fine, the issues were with parking. Car wing mirror had been scratched, car was filthy with what looked oil splash marks on it.
