So relaxed getting to airport after rest rather than a long drive. Great value and service.

The hotel was very outdated and smelled like a toilet. The food was disgusting and overpriced. There were asylum seekers hanging around the hallways at all hours.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and service. Would be helpful if hot/cold drinks were available after hours. I will use this hotel again.

Hotel was nice but needed updating. Several drunk men were checking in same time and their language in front of children was totally unacceptable, however the management dealt with it.

The hotel was like a rabbit Warren and the room allocated did not even have a window and was no bigger than a broom cupboard. The second room was no bigger but did have a window, but you had to shuffle sideways around the furniture and the bed. they asked us on arrival if we needed a taxi for the morning which they ordered but it never arrived and went back to the desk and told to order it ourselves. I was shown around the rear of the building to an overgrown area to park my car and said that I was not happy to leave my car there, but was told the hotel was full and that was where I had to park. I will never stay never stay in this hotel again and your description of the hotel is extremely misleading!!

The lady on the front desk wasn’t very welcoming, the clientele is awful, there was someone smoking in their room at 2am then they decided to have a party outside of our room and the bathroom was dirty! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Well my email told me that I could my room from 12/30 onwards When I get there at 1 I couldn't get my room till 2..o/c So I'll have a nice pint of beer to kick start my holiday And to my surprise the bar didn't open till 4 but other than that it was ok

Our flight was delayed ! We had to wait 70 minutes for a taxi ! The hotel recommended the taxi company .I was not impressed with the receptionist 's attitude .who didn't see it as her problem !

It is noisy, but not as bad as others we have stayed at, take your car keys with you, very good food, and pleasant staff.

The price for what we got was fantastic. The reviews online matched my expectations so there were no nasty surprises! I liked the fact I got to keep my car keys, it meant we could leave things from our hotel stay (such as our warm U.K. pyjamas that wouldn’t be needed for our sunny holiday) in the car before we got our transfer taxi so could use our full weight allowance for the holiday. My only quibble was that the hotel price dropped the day before we were travelling. I did read somewhere that I could cancel my stay but I was worried that if anything went wrong when trying to re-book I’d be left without a hotel so I didn’t bother!
