Crowne PlazaI landed at T4 and it took me 2 hours to get to my car. I had to travel to T3, the train took ages. The bus stop at T3 was very poorly signposted and no staff member seemed to know where it was. The bus was 10 mins later than advertised. The hotel was ok but your website did not tell me that I would have to get a variety of forms of transport to get from it to t4. I will be reluctant to use purple parking when travelling from T4 again.
