not your fault, but the Holiday Inn car park does have a lot of trees. Trees = birds = pooh on cars

The bus between the hotel and the airport terminals is infrequent and unreliable: I waited more than an hour at T2 for a bus H1 to our up.

Very easy parking with hotel stay at the Holiday Inn M4J4. per booked Heathrow hoops which worked very well. Took the night's stay at the end of our trip to avoid driving exhausted on a Friday night. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend this package.

Stayed and parked at Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good rooms. Self park behind hotel and keep the keys (no muddy fields!). Great for an early flight - no M-way angst!

Upon arrival, there was no allocated parking space. I eventually parked the car on the central grass island. Obviously no security on site.

Parking was atrocious no spaces we had to park on the grass which was very wet and we we’re having trouble getting any traction had to drive around for 29 minutes before we drove across the grass to park

When I booked 4 hoppa bus tickets I wanted the returns on different days but there was no way to do this. Two travelled on a different flight coming back at a later date so their return ticket was wasted.

Hotel has easy to find & really close to the airport to drive the following morning. Stress free & easy to hand over car keys. Quick service after calling on return & our car was waiting for us ready for the drive home. Would use again & highly recommend.

I think we were lucky to fine a proper marked parking space. The hotel rooms, especially the bathrooms, are old.

Good Hotel, Nicely decorated rooms and great breakfast. Easy to use Hoppa service. Good value for money. On return from Heathrow Airport we couldn't get our car out of the car park as we had been blocked in by a car that was awaiting the valet service on site.
