Drive fly did not have our car ready when we arrived on time.I phoned from the baggage hall , was asked If I would be there in 10 min.,were but had to wait 15 min. for our car to arrive. This was 11.30 pm!! not pleased. Have sent the same message to Drive fly , no response. How a copy responds to an issue is very revealing, hence my NO s below. How will you do??
