One of the two restaurants and the bar were closed at Radisson Blu, had i been made aware of this i would have stayed elsewhere. The Hoppa Bus journey is stated as regular and 20 mins to the hotel, the Hoppa bus runs every hour from and takes 45 mins to T5. On return we waited 35 mins for a bus to arrive as one stood empty at the stand whilst two others came in and left empty. A very poor service and not as advertised.

I have no negative comments about my stay. The only criticism I do have concerns the over priced shuttle fare. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stress free, time saving experience.

The hotel we stayed in was not the hotel we booked, we were moved twice due to overbooking. Our hotel was further from the airport and from friends we had arranged to meet than we expected.

Make sure hotel puts correct car registration as one digit was written wrongly which caused a delay of 45 minutes exiting hotel!!

Radisson blue excellent, staff very pleasant and efficient. Lady on duty at 4am in the morning came to us in the foyer to ensure that we were ok. She definitely is an asset to the hotel.well done to all.

No improvements required everything was great. Parking at hotel was simple no issues with space. Hotel food and drink very expensive though, room quite small but adequate for our needs this time. Beautiful hotel esp the lobby and surrounding areas.
