Delivery back of my car took over 30 mins. When asked, the man on the desk he rang someone, spoke in a foreign language which included my surname and then walked away and started talking to another car driver that had just arrived. Rude!

Good price great service from Purple Parking. Only let down was the hotel. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Shame as the rest of the hotel and staff were great

Hotel fine and car check in fine but we had to wait 45 minutes to collect our car on return to UK on a very cold morning after travelling overnight from Africa

Very confusing in that we booked with Purple Parking, and all messages came from you, but your attendant at the airport said that it was nothing to do with him and sent us to Drivefly. You could improve the clarity and logo-ing of your messages. Hotel comfortable but meals very over-priced.
