The IbisDirections to Airparks were good, there was help on hand if you were unsure of the procedure. Good bus service in.

The IbisOn the paperwork it said bay 17 to find thete is no numbered bays n then got ticket out it said M to find no M bay so had 2 ask as no sign up

The IbisYou need to ensure your instructions are accurate and up to date. Your return instructions for where to meet the bus at Luton Airport says to go to Bay 4. There is no Bay 4. I know there are improvement works at Luton airport, however if your instructions are either out of date or have been prematurely updated this only hinders your customers. I would have given you a higher rating had your customer information been correct.
