The hotel was awful due to us unable to sleep. The walls were so thin that you could hear the people in the next room talking normally we couldn't sleep. On our return we landed at 1am qnd we had booked a transfer from the hotel and we were told to call this number on our return at the hotel when we checked in. I questioned this at check in as I didnt want a taxi transfer and low and behold it was a taxi transfer my partner and I called three times and we were both told the taxi was 10 minutes away however it took an hour before we were picked up in the freezing cold. There is a massive difference between a hotel transfer and a taxi transfer!

Arrived at Manchester airport to find they had no record of our booking . After a lengthy conversation they finally let us in the car park.
