Parking at the hotel. Not some Parking off site

My Car was covered with tree sap and bits off the trees where they had parked it, didnt clean it for my return and i had to pay a company to remove it professionally. Not good.

Superb. First time we have ever used this type of facility- was recommend and couldn’t fault anything. Hotel accidentally gave our room to someone else with the same name but very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Hotel very helpful with leaving our car and it was there when we got back. Hotel also dropped us off and picked us up from the terminal which was a great help.

We stay at the clayton hotel before our flight , every year . We always leave our car there too , for us , it's the best way to save the stress of getting to the airport from home on the day of travel .

Car & keys were not available when we returned to the hotel. Staff were offhand and unhelpful. Eventually we got our keys and were searching for our car in the dark at as not given any indication of where parked except 'out the front '.

My husband is disabled,so we thought our car would be parked in a disabled bay. The parking space our car was left in was very narrow, couldn’t get in drivers door so had to clamber in from passenger side.
