Mercure BowdonDespite dealing with renovations at the airport our drop off and pick up of our car went very smoothly. We opted for the meet and greet at Manchester airport and it really was 5 mins walk to and from our terminal. The whole process was clear with detailed instruction which was very much appreciated. Just one suggestion would be to offer an affordable car wash service (£5-8), so we pick up a nice clean car as ours was filthy after standing 10 days.

Mercure BowdonThe receptionist at the taxi company booked on return was rude, unhelpful and gave wrong instructions. The taxi driver confirmed this. I waited for over an hour and a half.
