Hotel stay was perfect. Car park situation not good at all!! We left our car for two weeks and on return it was absolutely covered in dirt, dust and marks. Not impressed at all. We did speak with a guy on the desk who was very abrupt about this but did give us some money towards a valet which was desperately needed!! They stayed the car should have been jet washed prior to our arrival and collection however this didn't happen and we were informed they were just "too busy". Not good enough!
