Premier inn was great - not so easy to find the entrance to meet and greet

Awful service - both from the airport and hotel as my booking was not there - despite having paid for it and having email confirmation. Have sent a complaint via email and have had no response back from Purple parking.

I was very dissapointed to find that the barrier didn't raise, I had to take a token. On return its a good job the guy let us out and lifted the barrier as, the bill on screen was £450😳

The postcode to the JetPark3 that we were given on the information sheet was incorrect. The postcode given for the parking was the same as the hotel which was not the case.

Car was severely damaged at meet and greet T2 but was not accepted by T2 Parking, It was parked up against a wall so damage was not visible and so we left the car park without reporting. This is a despicable act both in inflicting the damage to the vehicle and not reporting the damage caused whilst the car was in their care.

The whole service was excellent! So easy to drop the car off and securely deposit the key. It’s been a few years since we last did Meet & Greet and the return process has been improved (even though it was great before)! The key was locked away securely and the Attendant knew exactly where to direct us to the car. We landed, security, case collection and we’re on the road within 40 minutes!! Great service and excellent value to include an overnight stay too.

When making a booking for a hotel room and car parking you need to make people aware at the time of booking that if they require more than 1 car on the booking that they need to make individual bookings for each car needed. We only found this out after we had booked and had to go through a lot of trouble and worry to cancel the original booking and re-book.

Very noisy family on hotel corridor and we had to get up at 02.00 for flight so very little sleep, realise that wasn’t hotels fault. No problem with shuttle bus from JetParks 1 going but over half an hour wait at airport for bus on return and driver seemed unable to open any barriers with his pass?

The family hotel room we booked had no air conditioning which meant it was unbearable to sleep. Complained to the premier inn who gave us a refund. Car park at Manchester airport was easy to find, accessible and we found a spot no problem. On return, we had to wait 25 minutes for a bus to the Car park in the rain after a 9 hour flight. Buses are supposed to run every 5 minutes

Only negative observation is that Premier Inn have two hotels on either side of the road and little indication which is which and both have controlled access, other than that it went very well.

Premier inn hotel was clean and comfortable and the 3 mile drive to the airport was easily navigated. Meet and greet was quick and efficient. The return was fantastic service straight out of terminal 1 into the meet and greet reception 5 minutes later the journey home began
