Arrived at Manchester Airport and our booking was not recognised at the Meet and Greet.It too a very dedicated reception gentbto sort it out si not a good start to our holiday.On return our car was at the wrong terminal.Not a good end either.Radisson Hotel was excellent.Room spacious and food well above what we had expected particularly the breakfast.
