Airparks Park and RideNot impresses with customer collection on our return. When we arrived back at the airport we had to wait 20 - 30 minutes to be collected by the courtesy bus. We could not phone the company because the contact details printed on the ticket stubs were not legible due to the ink being extremely faint. When we finally got picked up, we were told they couldn't find our car and the booking reference did not correspond with their records !! They eventually located our car just in time for our arrival at the Airpark. Not the sort of news you want to hear on your return from holiday
