Airparks parks hundreds of thousands of vehicles a year, and the chance of an issue is vanishingly small. But if something does go wrong, CarCare means your car's in safe hands.

What to do when you arrive at Airparks Drop and Go:

When you reach the car park the barrier will lift automatically – drive to the drop-off area and park in one of the blue lanes (remember which lane number you've parked in).

Head to reception and use one of the self-service kiosks to check in. You'll be given a ticket that you'll need to keep until you return and a label to attach to your keys. Drop your keys into the key-drop box outside reception and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal.

The shuttle is included in the price, has free Wi-Fi on-board, and runs every 25 minutes, 24/7. The journey takes around 14 minutes.

What to do when you return:

Catch the shuttle bus from where it dropped you off. You can use 'Where's my bus?' to see where your shuttle back to the car park is, which means no waiting around in the cold!

Back at the car park, go to the check-out shelter with your ticket and follow the instructions on the high-tech key dispenser. It will return your keys and tell you where your car is waiting for you.

Additional information:

The car park has accessible spaces and toilets and all the buses lower, have ramps and space for a wheelchair.

Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide, 2.1m high and 5m long.

The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers.
