What to do when you arrive at Airparks Drop and Go with Electric Vehicle Charge:
The entry barrier will read your registration and automatically lift, drive to the arrivals area and make a note of which lane you park in. Head to reception and check-in (you can also use the self-service kiosks) where you'll be given a ticket that you'll need for your return. Drop your keys off and you are free to head to the airport while a member of the Airparks team parks your car for you.
How to get to Birmingham Airport:
There's a free shuttle which will take you to the airport, they run every 25 minutes, 24 hours a day and take 12-14 minutes to reach the airport - they even have free WiFi onboard!
What to do when you return:
Catch the transfer bus from where it dropped you off at the airport and it will take you back to the car park. Head to the check-out shelter and use the ticket you were given on arrival to reclaim your keys, you'll be told where your car is parked. Collect your car and head home!

Please remember to leave your own charging cable in the passenger seat of your vehicle so the Airparks staff can charge your car for you while you're away.
If you have a charging timer please deactivate it and if there are any particular requirements regarding charging your electric vehicle please inform a member of the team.
The car park has accessible spaces and toilets and all the buses lower, have ramps and space for a wheelchair.
Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide, 2.1m high and 5m long.
The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers.
