What to do when you arrive at Airparks Self Park Birmingham:
Drive into the car park and look for the yellow lanes. The Airparks team will meet you, give you a ticket and tell you where to park.
Drive to your zone and find a bay (make sure you remember where you parked). Once you've taken out all your luggage, head to the bus stop. Make sure you keep your ticket safe as you'll need it for your journey to and from the airport.
The included shuttle bus runs every 25 minutes between 3am and 2am and takes around 14 minutes. If you need the bus outside of these times give the car park a call and they'll collect you.
What to do when you return:
When you return catch the shuttle bus back to the car park – you'll need to show the driver the ticket you got on your arrival. Your car will be ready and waiting for you exactly where you left it.

- Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
If you can find exactly the same product provided by the same supplier cheaper within 24 hours of paying for your booking, we will match the price by refunding the difference.
