Need slightly bigger spaces for the larger vehicles even though we were in the larger vehicle area still struggled getting out of the car doors! Other than that absolutely perfect service

Very easy to find no hanging about car parked up straight on the bus to airport. Only a short wait for bus on return straight in to get car and gone great service. Will deffo be using again when we go in may. Thank you

Good price, easy booking process. I use purpleparking every time I travel. It's a good secure site, great staff and it's only a short ride to departures from the car park.

When returning to the car park at 2:30 in the morning I was unable to find my car amongst the thousands of cars parked, it took about 30 minutes before I located it in the dark and wet, there was no staff to assist except for the drivers of the two Transfer buses who were very busy, I was not the only person who was having difficulty locating their car.

Short transfer to BHX, there and back at a very competitive price. My battery was flat on return but a jump pack was on stand by with staff and car was up and running in no time. Recommended car parking will use again.

Great experience, we used the same carpark the previous year. The only odd thing was that for some reason the compartments were open and the driver's heater turned up to max temperature. Seems rather odd? Other than that, no complaints.

This car park is too far away from the airport. They do not pick up quickly enough. Before leaving the car park the staff could have warned us about local traffic problems (ie the motorway being closed)
