We couldn’t exit the car park. It was dark we couldn’t find the help button initially at the exit barrier. Your instructions were that our car registration would be recognised but it wasn’t. Eventually when we got through to help we gave the booking number & the barrier was raised. But the car park was near the terminal so that was good.

The mark of a great company is their customer service. I had a problem with my parking which meant I had to pay extra on exit, but Holiday Extra's customer service were responsive and obtained a full refund on my behalf.

We booked carpark 5 but it was closed so we were sent to carpark 1 We had to take a ticket to enter,an explanation of what was happening prior to the event would have greatly reduced my stress levels.

Booked a car park (5) in Birmingham airport. Easy to book online and reference number given. The barrier automatically opened on arrival having read the reg. number . On return, the barrier did not let but the male on the end of the intercom checked our details and was very helpful and pleasant. We left the car park within a very short time. Car park 5 is only a 10 minute walk for the main departure terminal and very reasonable price . Would recommend

Car wasn't recognised on entry do had to take a ticket. Was a little worried that I would have to pay on exit, but barrier opened as I approached.

Birmingham Airport car Park 5 Long Stay. Easy to access, easy to find space. Good regular shuttle service, easy drop off at terminal. Bit confusing at entrance and exit. Got 2 tickets and on return used one which wanted me to pay £114 and tried the 2nd one which stated insufficient entry information. However, the help desk was very quick to respond and very helpful. All sorted. My only negative was I wanted to tag on an extra few hours to avoid paying NCP rip-off charges to stay overnight at an airport hotel but I was not allowed. I ended not staying at hotel and lost £60 on pre-booked room. maybe next time I will book hotel and car park with Purple parking.

Not your fault but barriers didn't work in or out of the carpark, very disappointing as I like Birmingham airport Staff took an age to sort the issue

The car park we choose is ideal as we can walk from the airport - the only improvement would be to regularly offer the best discount to regular customers - you are not always the cheapest!
