What to do when you arrive at Holiday Extras Meet and Greet:
Let the car park know when you're about 20 minutes away from the airport. When you reach the terminal, head for the car park signposted 'Valet Parking' outside departures.
Take a ticket from the barrier and turn right to park in a space by the railings. Your driver will be carrying ID and waiting to meet you there. Simply hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you while you head into the terminal.
How to get to Birmingham Airport:
There's no shuttle bus needed with this meet and greet service. Drop your car near the terminal and it's just a 2-minute walk to check-in.
What to do when you return:
After you've collected your luggage, head back to the Valet Parking car park and meet the driver there. They'll return your car and give you a ticket allowing you to exit the car park without paying, then you're on your way home.

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed. There are 3 accessible parking bays, which work on a first come, first served basis.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at its discretion. If you exceed this, you’ll be charged the car park’s standard rate of £20 per day (subject to change).
If you select Holiday Extras Meet and Greet with the FREE Cancellation option, Late Return Cover is included as standard. If your flight is delayed, we’ll refund any overstay charges for up to 48 hours - just keep hold of your receipt and flight documentation, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Most standard cars, without trailers, commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more seats, will be accepted as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay of 2.4m x 4.8m.
Got a larger vehicle? Choose the larger vehicle package for anything over 5m long, up to 7.5m, wider than 1.9m, up to 2.8m, and up to 3m high - including roofboxes. Vehicles must be under 3.5 tonnes, have 8 seats or fewer, and must not be towing.
Due to time restrictions in the car park, you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.
