Great customer service through the machine in the car park

I didn't see any signs saying "Purple Parking". I assumed 12hrs was long stay so went to the long stay car park, plate reader didn't recognise my car plate so I ended up paying £45 again !

I pre-booked my parking with purple parking at Bristol Airport. I got back to the short stay car park at 16.45. The ticket was until 17.00. To leave the car park I was forced to pay £64

Great service and really easy to book and then park. The cost is close to extreme, so anything you can do to challenge the Bristol Airport Cartel the better...

IT was too expensive (£40 for 12 hours). There should be a cheaper alternative for parking at the airport for one or two days.
