Terminal layout

Doncaster Airport is home to one main terminal, making planning your journey through the airport all the easier.

Terminal map

See Doncaster Airport's website for an official map of the terminal.

Check-in

Check-in is located on the ground floor. Please ensure you arrive at least two hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. Please check with your airline for specific check-in times as these can vary from three hours to 40 minutes before departure, depending on your destination.

Leisure and family facilities

Baby-changing

Baby-changing facilities with nappy dispensers are available both landside to the right of WHSmith as you enter the terminal and also after security as you enter the departure lounge.

Pushchairs

If travelling with a pushchair, you have the option of either checking it in at the check-in desk along with your luggage or keeping it on your person for your onward journey throughout the terminal. Pushchairs are subject to the same screening process as hold luggage and you should be prepared to remove your child from the pushchair while this takes place.

Baby milk

The Running Horse (Wetherspoons) has facilities for warming baby milk and offer hot water to make fresh bottles.

Play areas

A soft play area is available in the departure lounge after security.

Information desk

An information point is located before security opposite WHSmith and the cash machine.

Doncaster Airport has a World Duty Free which offers an extensive range of luxury products, from sunglasses and confectionary to cosmetics and fragrances. You don't need to worry about taking your purchases on holiday with you as Doncaster Airport offers a shop and collect service meaning you can collect your shopping on your return. Just ask inside World Duty Free for details.

Food & drink

If you need to refuel before security, you will find a Costa Express located next to WHSmith. After security, you can relax in The Running Horse, which serves both hot and cold meals, alcoholic, soft and hot drinks, from breakfast to dinner.

Business facilities

Getting online and staying connected

Doncaster Airport provides WiFi for passengers in the airport. The first 30 minutes of access is free and charged at a competitive rate thereafter.

Special assistance

If you require special assistance when travelling through Doncaster Airport, you should inform your airline, travel agent or tour operator. Make sure that you do this at least 48 hours before your scheduled day of departure, and specify whether you will require, or be bringing your own, mobility aid (i.e. wheelchair, scooter etc.)

They are able to provide appropriate mobility assistance from your arrival at Doncaster Airport right to the seat on the aircraft.

Upon arriving at the airport, you can contact special assistance from a number of points and a member of staff will come and meet you. From the car park, call 01302 625 099 or press the help button located on the car park barrier. Inside the airport, you will find a phone marked 'wheelchair assistance' at the main terminal desk.
