At Doncaster airport the car park we used would be improved if it had luggage trolley user points. On arrival at the airport we selected a luggage trolley someone had left in a corner. It still had a £1 coin in the slot. We benefited from this of course however upon our return from holiday we used a trolley but had to leave a £1 coin behind. Reason is you do not provide a collection point. If you did and it had the usual starter chain and coin returner bolt attached then every one would have easy access and not be out of pocket? I hope this makes sense.
