Had to use assistance as it wouldn't let me in, and was waiting 10/15 minutes for assistance to let me out

Had difficulty exiting the car park.The barrier didn’t open straightaway and the controls were not illuminated, which at 11pm was not helpful. Nobody answered the help button. Eventually, after some time and with cars waiting behind me, the barrier lifted.
