Mid Stay 2 at East Midlands Airport

What to do when you arrive:

Follow the signs for the Mid Stay 2 car park and pull up to the entry barrier. Wait for a moment as it reads your number plate, and then head on inside when the barrier lifts. Park in any bay and pocket your keys - your car will stay exactly where you left it and won't need to be moved while you're off on your travels.

How to get to East Midlands Airport:

When you park at Mid Stay 2, you'll be leaving your car on airport grounds, only minutes to the check-in desks. You won't need to worry about airport transfers - simply grab your luggage and follow signs for the terminal. The walk should only take around five minutes.

What to do when you return:

Simply follow the signs back to the car park and hop in your vehicle. Once the exit barrier has read your number plate and risen to allow you to leave, you can head off. Have a safe drive!

The Mid Stay 2 car park is officially owned by East Midlands Airport, which means you can expect top-notch security all round. This includes 24-hour CCTV and round the clock security patrols.

Additional information:

• - As there is a five minute walk to the terminal, we'd recommend booking into the Short Stay 3, which is closer to the airport, or Long Stay 1, which offers an accessible shuttle to the terminal, if you have any mobility difficulties
• - There is no height restriction for this car park, but your vehicle will need to be able to fit into a standard size parking bay.
• - You'll need to be able to display your booking confirmation when prompted, which can be either printed or displayed on any mobile device.
