Persuade the Airport Authorities to drop the Rapid Drop off ransom charges!!!! 2x £3.50 just to occupy a few cubic metres of air-space for a couple of minutes, particularly at 1a.m. in the morning, is extortion! Specific PParking service excellent.

Used purple parking on many occasions, but the service this time was very poor. I had to wait on and off for 2 hours to pay £4.50 to to change the dates.

I received a discount that made parking more competitive with off-airport parking which was the deciding factor. The actual booking process, NPR system approaching the barrier to enter and exit the car park worked well.
