The driver could lift vases out of bus would be helpful I have a lung problem and my sister is recovering from breast cancer op out cases where piled high it was almost impossible for my sister and I getting to them never mind lifting them out

Flying Scot, Edinburgh, Autrocious shambolic company. None of pick up telephone numbers worked at pick up. Waited 25 minutes for bus. People left at pick up point because bus full. Car blocked in car park on return took considerable effort to release. Beware, do not use this company.

On arrival car park well laid out and not full, on return, really busy and cars seemed to have been abandoned everywhere blocking exits. However staff were excellent at helping other travelers who had a flat battery.

No problems whatsoever, if I’m being picky maybe marked spaces would be helpful as people tend to park in weird positions instead of tidy parking

Know where the cars are parked - surely you should have a map showing exactly where each car is - had to wander round the car park till I found it - other customers were doing the same - would not have been happy if it had been very wet or dark!

The parking place i booked was overbooked so we were asked to go somewhere else. Luckily, the place was even closer to the airport and ended up being more convenient. So no issues at all
