What to do when you arrive:
Call Maple Manor when you're fifteen minutes away on 0131 333 4111, so they know to expect you. Head to the terminal and go inside the car park directly opposite the terminal. Your driver will be there waiting to meet you. You'll need to provide them with your keys, and they'll whisk your vehicle away to the car park it will stay for the duration of your time away.
How to get to Edinburgh Airport:
The car park you drop your car off in is only a few minutes walk from the terminal. Simply grab your luggage, hand over your keys, and then cross the road. You'll be checking-in before you know it!
What to do when you return:
No waiting around necessary - once you've grabbed your luggage, you simply need to stroll back over the road to the car park your dropped your vehicle off at. Your car will have been brought back for the agreed meeting time and will be waiting for you when you arrive.

For a little extra, you can take advantage of Maple Manor's no-wait guarantee valet service. Offering all the perks of the meet & greet, but with an extra special touch of a full valet and a guarantee that you won't need to wait for your driver at either your arrival or return. If you are made to wait longer than ten minutes for your car, you're entitled to a 50% refund of your booking. If you're made to wait at both arrival and return? Well, that's 100% off! This is applicable during the car park's standard operating hours, between 4am - 11.59pm.
Additional information:
- - If you're not going to arrive at your booked time, you need to call the car park on 01313 334 111. The car park can only wait for 15 minutes due to car park charges. If you are late on return, your car will need to be returned to the car park it was stored in and you will be charged for the extra parking time.
- - Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage, otherwise this may affect any later claims for damage.
- - If you park for longer than you have booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 a day.
- - If you return earlier than the agreed time, call Maple Manor as soon as you can so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
- - Your car must have a valid MOT and road tax.
