We had used Purple parking twice and had an excellent experience and rated you 5 stars . But our most recent experience was stressful . We called as instructed 20 mins from the airport and had to ring three times , even trying two phones to call as we got closer and there was no answer . Each time we let the phone ring for more than 5 minutes . Eventually as we entered the airport someone called us back - in fact called us back 3 times ! To ask us the same question- our name and car . When we arrived there was no one to meet us and my husband stayed with the car whilst I ran to check in . The driver eventually appeared but not a good start to our weekend . We choose Purple parking because of the convenience of the meet and greet service .We will use the company again as it has been one bad day experience in three , and hopefully the company will redeem itself next time

I would have scored higher but there was no control over private hires coming in and just stopping, it was absolute chaos, not your fault just my experience

Easy to find but when 15 minutes away no one answered phone to let them know we were nearly there. Answered eventually but not easy to understand as poor command of English language. Similar story when phoning on return. Staff helpful when face to face

You charged me for parking and a valet. The company you used did not valet the car and would never have. I would like some sort of compensation as I paid for a service I did not get.
