Parking good service only issue I have is my plane was cancelled and I had to come in to a different airport so could not get my car till the following day and I did take the insurance for this when I booked so thought that Purple Parking would be billed for another day costs but I had to pay the £10 and now have to claim through you but dont know how too

On both occasions when I called the phone rang out for ages before it was answered, on the return flight it rang out for about 10 mins then cut off

Forgot to phone prior so then worried until following morning - even then I phoned at 7, though info says 9-5. Either remove need to phone or extend opening hours

The wait for vehicle when came out was longer than normal, due to new exit from international arrivals. As once you have case you are 2 minutes walk to pickup point.

Dropping off the car was fine. No issues. When it came to picking up the car I called ahead as soon as we disembarked the plane as we had no luggage to collect. Upon arrival at the pick up zone there was no repressive and no car. After calling again we were to the car would be with us shortly. Eventually after waiting a further 45 mins the car arrived with the flimsy excuse "my boss had the key". In my opinion this totally defeated the purpose and I would have been better off in the off site parking.

Second time of using and whilst its great for the drop off its not so good for pickup. I was at least 30mins between calling and getting my car

My car smelt like McDonald’s (!) on collection which made me think that when the car had been dropped off/collected the courtesy driver had perhaps collected a takeaway meal in the car. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.

In the email that I receive was saying that I didnt have to pay the park in the airport,I phone the company when I land. I went to the pick up zone and I was waiting for the driver,he gave me the keys and I left. When I put the card the machine shows 4£ in the ticket the time was 19:41 till 19:55 I dont understand how the driver took 15min to bring me the car and my car had a bad smell so Im not happy

Better directions, we put in the sat nav directions from my confirmation email and ended up on an industrial estate despite having airport drop off and pick up!

Dropping off is excellent It's fantastic service and I regularly travel to Edinburgh so I'm very impressed with the drop off part However on Sunday I did have to wait 15 minutes to collect my car due to it being so busy It couldn't be helped I have picked up and it's been waiting so it all depends on how busy the airport is Being a female solo traveler it's great particularly in winter as I hate going to the car parking on my own after a long flight
