The parking area was difficult to find with no indication of Purple Parking area. We were directed to the correct car park by other car park operatives.

nothing to improve, excellent all round, barrier opens on arrival,park up, take your keys. On return no problems. 2 minutes walk across to airport.

the service was excellent, staff very helpful. the only comment is the boxes where the keys are held for our return are very weak and could easily be broken into. Not very secure.

Both arriving & collecting were quick & easy. Booking through Purple Parking was simple & the Flyparks staff were quick, friendly & helpful. No issues at all & will happily use again.

At Exeter airport the service is no longer drop car in short stay car park and it would be brought back there on your return! Now you have to drop it off a quarter of a mile away which defeats the purpose especially if like me you need a walking stick. In future we will use a taxi.
