Long Stay 3not that near the terminal, road surface to bad to pull cases all the way if you are half way down or near the end

Long Stay 3Arrived at car park number 3 and had to walk to the very end ofcar park. There was no shuttle bus, signs said that due to covid there was no shuttle bus.As i am disabled this walk took 20 mins.

Long Stay 3We parked in zone L. It was a long way to departures when pulling a suitcase over rough ground. There was poor signage as to the direction we needed to walk. There was nowhere we could park in order to pick up our luggage on our return, and avoid the long walk again with cases. A member of staff suggested we used the 3O minute drop off car park which we paid £3 to exit.

Long Stay 3The road surface was very stoney in the car park which made dragging suitcases more difficult.A covered walk way would be beneficial in case of bad weather.

Long Stay 3We were delayed in our return by over 24 hrs due to the unfortunate collapse of Flybe and having to re-book flights with an alternative airline which flew us to Bristol instead of Exeter, where the car was parked. The level of communication and reassurance we received during that period was more than satisfactory and to top that there was no extra charge.
