Waited far too long for transport to arrive on return journey. The bus was too small for the number of people wanting to travel but after a half hour wait at 02:00 nobody was wanting to wait for the bus to do one drop and return. The bus was probably illegally overloaded with passengers and luggage

I was very pleased with Purple Parking up until I collected my car. I had paid for indoor parking and it was obvious that my car had been left outdoors for some considerable time. Apart from the driver's door and the boot the other doors were frozen solid and also the windows all frosted. The bonnet area had a heavy crust of ice as well. I chose indoor parking precisely to avoid this situation as I was travelling alone, I am 72 and I was picking up the car around 18.30 so I knew it would be dark. Such a shame as in all other respects Purple Parking was spot on.

People were waiting and only one small bus was transferring them, that not acceptable and also 3 people were standing on the bus and that’s unsafe , other company sent like 3 massive bus while we were waiting our small one
