Driving in to the car park was easy and getting a ticket to get in and out was simple. Only a short walk to the terminal too, so weather wouldn't be a massive problem

Unfortunately, our return flight was cancelled at the last minute and we had to fly home the next day from Krakow (instead of Katowice) to Manchester Airport (instead of Liverpool) and as a result we stayed longer in the car park than anticipated. There was no way to extend the stay online and the only option provided was a telephone number which didn't work. We had to pay £15 extra on the day to leave the car park but the pay machine didn't have the option to get a receipt so we won't be able to claim this back from the airline.

All went smoothly, space available not far from barriers. Ticket was not required on exit as indicated, assume ANPR as on entry.

Very easy to book and reasonably priced. On entry the barrier didn't automatically lift but we quickly got through to someone over the help intercom, even at 4am, and they let us in. Just make sure you have your booking reference to hand. No problem when leaving the car park. I took out the cover which protects you from any flight delays, not that we needed it, but it gives peace of mind that if you are going to be late back to your car then you won't get charged the daily rate.

Turned up at Liverpool airport and you had not give my details in and apparently it happens all the time , what a stressful start to a holiday as I had to go online for my email at the barrier to prove I had paid , and its down to you not sending details through on line and takes seconds , that is poor

The car park was easy to find which is a bonus on a Friday night after a 2 hour drive. The barrier didn’t recognise my number plate on the way in however the “help” button was there and the man soon let us in. It was similar to the way out but yet again soon was sorted rapidly. Will be using this car park again.
