How it works - arrival at London City Airport
Once you're about 20 minutes from the airport, give the car park a call to let them know you're on your way. It's very important to do this because you could be liable for a sizeable fine if your car spends too long in the car park.
On arrival at London City Airport, drive to the on-site car park (formerly known as Long Stay). The entrance has a barrier and you'll need to take a ticket to get in. Once you've entered the car park, park in an available space. A uniformed Butterfly driver will then come and meet you to collect your keys, as well as the ticket from the barrier.
Then you simply need to unload your luggage and stroll to the check-in just 5 minutes away.
How it works - return to London City Airport
It's just a short walk from the drop-off zone to the terminal, you'll be there in about 2 minutes!
On your return, give Butterfly a call when you've landed to let them know you're back. Once you've collected your luggage, walk across to the on-site car park where your Butterfly driver will meet you to return your car.
You will also also be given a ticket to enable you to exit the car park. There is an exit fee payable. If you leave the car park within 10 minutes of arrival, then this is
£3.20. If your car leaves within 29 minutes of arriving at the car park, then this fee increases to
£7.50.

Please ensure you provide your flight number when you book, as otherwise there could be a delay in getting your car back to you.
You need to arrive as close to your stated arrival time as possible. You may be charged a £30 waiting fee if you arrive more than 20 minutes late.
Please remove all your valuables from your car before you leave it, as the car park will not be held responsible for anything left behind.
