What to do when you arrive:
Drop your car off in the arrivals bay inside the car park and grab your luggage. Head to reception, where you'll check-in and hand over your keys. Then, all you'll need to do is head to the bus stop, which is close to the reception offices. If the weather is bad, there's also the option to wait under cover.
How to get to Heathrow Airport:
Catch the bus that goes to your terminal from the bus stop at the car park. This bus is included in the price of your package, and takes up to fifteen minutes to reach T5. It runs every 20 minutes, from 3.45am up until midnight.
What to do when you return:
Catch the shuttle transfer from the same location where it dropped you off. Your car will already be waiting in a collection bay at the car park, so you'll simply need to grab your keys from reception and set off for home!
