Efficient & easy to book, not so easy to park as certain stops were closed, but the parking was open - signage should be clearer & block entry to that zone. We had to re-pack the car to move to another zone.

I did the booking but I could not get into the car park as the system did not recognise my car and match it up with my booking. I had to talk to someone via the intercom to get through. But when we returned, we could get out as the parking ticket was not recognised and asked us to pay additional £330 to get out. We had to speak to the staff again to let us out, although my booking covered all the time we parked.

QR code couldn’t be recognised at barrier, had to call for assistance both way in and out. This was a known issue even to the staff at stansted long stay car park

Awful awful awful. You advertise a bus every 15 minutes and a 15 minute journey.In fact we waited around 45 minutes to be collected from the arrivals bus stop and it then took around 25 minutes to be dropped off. There was almost a fight between two sets of people waiting due to the long queue and flared tempers! The other ridiculous element of purple parking at stansted is that when parking (before your holiday) you park in a zone with a letter and a colour (eg Blue F) but when being dropped back at your car (after your holiday) you need to know the Number of the bus stop ... why not have the same system for drop off and pickup? madness.
