No need for improvement we were very happy with the service. Just one observation, the driver who brought the car back to the airport on our return left the heater on high, the radio on an obscure programme and the drivers seat not back to memory 1 - very annoying!

My wife and i were absolutely delighted with the whole operation of 'Valet' parking. I needed assistance so booked 'Valet' as we could then drop off and pick up at the terminal entrance. It all worked like clockwork and we will most certainly be using 'Valet' parking for all of our future trips. Well done and thank you Purple Parking.

It went like clockwork. We arrived, we were greeted by name, our car was taken and we went into airport with an easy mind. On the way home, we were delayed in baggage hall, but car was waiting for us when we came out and off we went.

Both drop off and pick up we’re dissapointing. Instructions for both were ambiguous, despite dropping off where told no-one came and found us and when picking up, car not where expected and no one around, had to go ask several people gloating about.

I think you manually pushed the wing mirrors up. This meant they didn't go down as the car was unlocked and it took a while to work out why. if you hold the lock button on a BMW the mirrors will fold up electronically.

we could not find van at drop off as we were looking for a white van & it was blue, on arrival i could not contact any of the numbers that i had, one went through to "holiday extras" with no answer. The other number went through to an answer phone. I was late landing so wanted to let you know. I was not given a contact card when i dropped off my car. On arrival, it took 20 mins to find the van, the staff at "meet and greet" sent me off to look for a white van & an employee chating to the VIP van driver even sent me to the wrong place. When I finally got the keys to my car, it would have been quicker getting the shuttle bus, the code I was given for the exit did not work & I had to pay £3.50!

Greeting on arrival was excellent. Unfortunately on return there was a problem with my car. The on site staff were very helpful. In particular a guy called Dorian who was awesome and made sure we got back on the road.

So when I first used PP an agent in a purple jacket met the car. Not this trip, on arrival we eventually found an oficial who asked who we booked with? I said Purple Parking he said no they are the booking agent which one of 8 companies are you with? I only knew purple parking. 10 or 15 minutes later and 2 unanswered calls on numbers we found on the site, we found the same guy who said you are with me. I never found out with whom we booked? So very poor, the return worked perfectly.

Great service, when we dropped the car off, the guy seemed to think we were not booked for valet parking, seemed to be judged on using an old battered car for this type of travel, once he realised we were booked service was great

it would help if it was made clearer who the valet parking was booked with, as mentioning Purple Parking did not help. it was only when looking closer at the confirmation that the company I wanted was called Valet!!
